Our Centre Strollers are getting ready to STROLL across North Tyneside and beyond!!

The group launched their 2018 season with a gentle stroll from Tynemouth Station to the Carers' Centre in March and their next outing, in April, will be a circular walk around Newcastle's Exhibition Park.

Our Centre walks are designed for people of all ages and abilities. Each one normally lasts approximately two hours and that includes a cuppa at the end!

No specialist equipment is required; comfortable shoes and clothing that will suit the weather on the day are all you require.

Our four experienced group leaders will take it in turn to guide you safely on each walk and as well as enjoying some gentle exercise, our leaders will provide you with interesting snippets about the sights you come across and the local history surrounding the area you are walking in.

You will be assured of a warm welcome if you are new to the group.

As you will see from the programme, strolls will take place each month until December 2018.

To book a place or for an informal chat about the strolls please contact the Centre on 0191 643 2298.
