This survey is being conducted by North Tyneside Carers’ Centre and Healthwatch North Tyneside. The results will be shared with key decision makers in North Tyneside. Your views and feedback will be stored safely and will be shared anonymously.

The survey asks you about your experiences as a young carer, the experiences of the person you care for and the places you have accessed information and support during the last 2 years. If you have accessed support from North Tyneside Carers’ Centre, we will ask you to tell us what difference it made.
