Adult Carers Self Referrals

If you would like to access the support we provide, please check our criteria. Does this sound like you?

• You are an adult carer.
• You provide unpaid support for a family member, friend, partner or neighbour who could not manage without their support due to an illness, disability, substance misuse or mental health.
• You are over 18 years (If you are under 18, you may wish to seek support from our Young Carers’ Service).
• Your caring responsibilities are impacting upon your life. This may be emotionally or physically, socially or financially.
• You live in North Tyneside or be undertaking your caring role in North Tyneside.
