11.00 am to 4.00 pm – The St Mary Island Guided Tour includes a guided walk across the island, with fossils, sea glass, wildlife, and rock pooling.  Carers are advised to bring a packed lunch and dress appropriately with suitable footwear for walking and rock pooling. Meet at the Delaval Arms car park, Seaton Sluice, Whitley Bay, NE26 4RL at 11.00 am.

6.00 pm to 8.30 pm – Live Music For Carers at Fishnet Tavern, North Shields Fish Quay, with live music, quiz, raffle and snacks for Carers and the person they care for. Pub will be closed to public. 7 Fish Quay, North Shields NE30 1JA.

10.00 am to 1.00 pm – Well-being Day for Dementia Carers  including neck and shoulder massages. North Shields Scout HQ, 31-35 Norfolk Street, North Shields NE30 1NQ

1.00 pm to 4.00 pm Beach Combing/Sea Glass walk and talk. Meeting at 1.00 pm, Rendezvous Cafe, Whitley Bay and then to the beach. Please wear appropriate shoes and clothes.
