Live Well Project - Tyne & Wear Archives and Museums

North Tyneside Carers' Centre have been working with Ruth Shelton from Tyne & Wear Archives and Museums to deliver the Live Well project.

Live Well is a two-year project working with older adults (50+) on Tyneside who do not currently engage with culture and heritage due to barriers such as health, mobility or financial issues, isolation or bereavement, as well as those who care for others.

Live Well offers individuals access to museum and gallery collections via a range of creative activities, giving them the opportunity to learn, progress, and improve their overall quality of life.

For more information about the sessions check out the events diary on the website or contact the centre on (0191) 643 22998
